SERVICES PENDING FOR MRS. HOUSE

Services are pending at the Pursel-Davis Funeral Home for Mrs. William House, 61, 403 Bromely St., who died Friday evening at University Hospitals where she had been a patient eight days. SHE WAS born Beulah Williams Dec. 13, 1900, in Ashley, Mo., daughter of George and Ida Williams. She lived for a time in Bowling Green, Mo., and has been a resident of Marshalltown for 17 years. Aug. 7, 1928, she was married in Quincy, Ill., to William House, who survives with three daughers and one son. They are Mrs. J. W. Briscoe of Independence, Mo., Mrs. Jame Wilder and Mrs. Harold Flippings of Marshalltown and the Rev. Gladstone Wells of Fulton, Mo. ALSO SURVIVING are eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a brother, Howard Williams of Ashley. She was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters. Mrs. House was a member of the Morrow Memorial Methodist Church.

MRS. HOUSE BURIED IN RIVERSIDE CEMETERY

Services for Mrs. William House, 403 Bromley St., who died Friday, were at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Pursel-Davis Memorial Chapel. The Rev. Acquilla Weadon, the Rev. Jackson Canafax of Des Moines and the Rev. O. E. Blanks of Mason City were in charge. Bearers were James Brown, Richard Gilliam, Walter Warren, Armon Morrow, Brown Carthage and Frank Wilder. The congregation of Morrow Memorial Methodist Church attended in a group. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery.
