DAVID B. SISK FUNERAL SET SATURDAY MORNING

Funeral services for David B. Sisk, last surviving veteran of the civil war at the Iowa Soldiers home here, who died early Thursday at the home, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Pursel funeral home. The service will be conducted by Rt. Rev Msgr. A. P. Meyer and burial will be in Riverside. Sisk, who had been in the home here intermittently since 1917, was one of five veterans of the civil war surviving in Iowa. He had been in poor health for the last year. Sisk's age, due to some confusion of records, has been variously reported from 98 to 102.
