MRS. GRACE DEAD AT 89; SERVICES SET

Mrs. Naomi P. Grace, 89, a resident of the Iowa Soldier's Home, died at the Home Hospital Thursday morning. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Pursel Davis Chapel with the Rev. Richard P. Walters in charge. Burial will be in the Bethel Grove Cemetery. - - Born In Reinbeck - - Mrs. Grace was born April 12, 1883, in Reinbeck, a daughter of Peter Grantwith and Viola Alexander Grantwith, and was reared and educated in that community. In 1902 she was married to George L. Grace and they made their home in Grundy Center until 1904 when they came to Marshalltown. From 1928 until 1931 they resided in Rockford, Ill., returning to Marshalltown which had been her home since. - - Children Survive - - Surviving are two children, Mrs. Loren (Gladys) Eickles of Marshalltown and Harold Grace of Rockford, Ill.; eight grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Bertha Record of San Diego, Calif., and one brother, Lynn Grantwith of Reinbeck. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1943, two children, a sister and one brother. Mrs. Grace was a member of Central Christian Church.
