MRS. F. A. HILSABECK DEAD

---Young Liscomb Woman Victim of Pneumonia Following Influenza---

Mrs. Edith F. Hilsabeck, wife of Finley A. Hilsabeck, died at 2:30 Sunday morning of pneumonia, following influenza, at her home in the Bethel Grove neighborhood, two miles southwest of Liscomb. Mrs. Hilsabeck had been sick for two weeks, and pneumonia developed five days before her death. Mrs. Hilsabeck, whose maiden name was Edith F. Boston, was born at McCallsburg, May 15, 1891. Her mother died when she and her twin sister, now Mrs. D. M. Head, of this city, were born, and when they were babies they were taken by Mr. and Mrs. T. W. Patton, of the Bethel Grove neighborhood, and reared by them. Mrs. Hilsabeck was married at the Patton home July 1, 1908. In addition to the husband, five children, Edward, Edna, Minnie, Melvin and Nettie survive their mother, as do three brothers in addition to the sister Mrs. Head. The brothers are John Boston, St. Peter, Minn.; S. B. Boston, Panora, and Claude Boston, who is in service in France. Mrs. Hilsabeck’s father, Alfred Boston, lives at Coon Rapids. Private funeral service was held at 2 o’clock this afternoon and burial was in the Bethel cemetery.
