Former Resident of Liscomb Succumbs to Cerebral Hemorrhage

Mrs. Tobitha Weatherly, aged 70, wife of David Weatherly, died at the St. Thomas hospital this forenoon at 11 o'clock. Death came after an illness of a week and was caused by cerebral hemorrhage. Mrs. Weatherly was born in West Virginia, June 26, 1855, and came to Marshall county with her parents Nov. 18, 1871. She is survived by her husband, David Weatherly, and ten children, five sons and five daughters. They are E. C. Weatherly and Mrs. S. McCallister, Czar, Canada; Luther Weatherly, Sedalia, Canada; Mrs. L. H. Lewis, Vancouver, B. C; Mrs. Joseph Dwyer, Billings, Mont.; Mrs. C. C. Mills, Danvers, Minn.; Mrs. Carl Mead, Laurel, Mont.; Earl Weatherly, Union; James Weatherly, of Wisconsin, and Leonard, of this city. She was a member of the Christian church of Liscomb. The funeral will be held from the Liscomb Christian church at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon. Rev. George Biersborn, of Liscomb, will have charge. Burial will be in the Liscomb cemetery.
