August Petermeier Dies at Melbourne; Was 75

Melbourne Special Funeral services for August Petermeier, 75, retired farmer who died at his home here Monday night, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Reformed church in charge is Rev. John Seidler.
Mr. Petermeier was born Oct. 15, 1869, near Baxter. He was the son of Frederick and Charlotte Petermeier and the third of 13 children. He was married Oct. 9, 1902, to Mathilda Gauch and retired from farming in 1942.
Surviving are the widow, six children, two brothers and six sisters. One son, Harvey, just returned from overseas duty and will attend the funeral.
