Alexander Bowles, aged 82 years, died last night at his home south of Green Mountain of la grippe and pneumonia. The funeal will be held at 10 o'clock tomorrow at the residence with burial at the Dunkard cemetery. Deceased was one of the oldest residents of this county having settled here in 1849.
