There is a really nice book that was written on Red Rock. It is titled Red Rock, Iowa Annals of a Frontier Community 1843-1969 By Harriet Heusinkveld. I bought mine at Coal Mining Days in Oskaloosa Iowa last year. I don't know for sure where you can get a copy of the book. Maybe if you would contact the Marion County Genealogy Society they would know. The man that I bought my book from lives North of Knoxville, but I don't know what his name is. Maybe someone else would know and reply to this message.
