I don't know if there is a connection, but I would check this out.
The family of Abraham Lacy Rose (1794-1870)was from Seneca Falls, NY (father Cornelius and mother Sally Talker). I am told that Abraham Lacy Rose is buried there in Marion Co. I have just begun to research this branch of the Roses. Abraham m. his wife Sarah Rose (d/o Rev. Philip Rose and Ruth Unk) in Franklin Co., OH.
