In the 1870 census Samuel, age 38, born Ohio, and Rachel,age 24, born Ohio, are living in Otley, Summit Township, Marion County with the following children:
Frances, 13, female, b IL
Mary, 11, female, b IL
David, 8, male, b IL
Margarete, 6, female, b IL
Eli, 1, male, b Iowa

In 1860 Samuel, age 28, and his wife Mary, age 23, born PA, are living in Eagle, LaSalle County, Illinois with Frances, age 3, and Mary, age 1.

I did not find an online marriage record for Samuel and Mary.
