NEED INFO ON COLUMBIA , WASHINGTON TWP , MARION CO.

I'm hoping some one can help me with some info on Columbia , Washinton twp , Marion Co. , Ia

I need to know about a JOHN T CLARK who worked or owned a HOTEL there in Columbia.

I found this here on Ia Genweb site / Marion co.

" A.T. Andreas Illustrated Historical Atlas of the State of Iowa, 1875 "

( Washington Township )

"Clark J.T. , Columbia , Hotel , Washington D.C. , 1864 Columbia , Ia "

John was married to my GG Aunt , some time in between 1880 & 1885 . I would like to know more about him & his family , & on the Hotel if anyone knows anything about it .

It says he was born in Washington DC???

Please contact me on any info no matter how small.
