Hi Greta: Thanks for the quick response. Could you tell me the page or entry number for this family?
Also, when you get the time could you check the 1850 Marion Co. Iowa Census for both of these men:
Johannes E. Streng
Jan or John Vogelaar

And then if it isn't too much to ask for, could you look for Jan or John Vogelaar in the 1870 Marion Co. Iowa Census?

And one more thing, is there a Census of any sort between 1850 and 1860? Somewhere in the records I can't access at this time I think I have another Streng child listed and I would like to confirm that info.
