Mrs. Nancy A. Mohler, a native of Marion county, died at her home near Percy Saturday, August 25, 1917, aged 53 years 10 months 14 days.
The maiden name of deceased was Nancy A. Fisher. She was united in marriage with W.H. Mohler November 18, 1883. to this union nine children were born, two of whom are deceased, Charley, who died at the age of five months and Mrs. Edna Bowery, who died three years ago.
The surviving members of the family are; The husband, W. H. Mohler; Mrs. Laura E. Harvey, of Monroe; Mrs. Mae Boyles of Pleasantville; Fred Mohler, of Percy; George W., Emery Lee, Emma J., and Lizzie Pearl the four last named still at home with the bereaved father. She also leaves seven grandchildren, six brothers and three sisters, many other relatives and dear friends who will mourn the death of the wife, mother, sister and true friend.
Deceased was converted and united with the M.E. Church thirty years ago and had lived a true member and faithful Christian till the end.
Rev. Fred Warner, her former pastor, conducted the funeral services, which were held at the Pleasant Hill church on Monday afternoon, August 27, The interment was made in Pleasant Hill cemetery.
