Elizabeth Arlene Rhoades was born March 25, 1917, and was the fifth child of Clarence and Sidna Rhoades, and departed this life Friday morning August 17, 1917, being at the time of her death four months and twenty two days of age. Her entire life has been one of suffering and her early death is sincerely mourned by her father and mother, two sisters and two brothers.

The funeral services were held at the liberty M.P. Church, Sunday morning at 11:00, conducted by Rev. R.S. Tague, and the little body was laid to rest in the Liberty cemetery.--Bussey Record.
