PELLA- Annabell Sneller, 85, of Oskaloosa and formerly of Pella, died Thursday, May 30, at Mahaska Hospital in Oskaloosa.

Her funeral service was held this morning, June 3, at Trinity Reformed Chruch in Pella. Barial: Oakwood Cemetery, Pella. Memorials: Schuring Family Ministeries. Garden Chaple Funeral Home in Pella is in charge of arrangements.

Annabell Sneller was born Oct 11, 1916, in Mahaska County to Gerrit and Winnie Pothaven Van Heukelom.

On March 11, 1938, she married Gerrit J. Sneller in Pella. She lived most of her life in Pella and on the farm near Pella, and recently moved to Oskaloosa. She was retired from employment as a cook at Central Park Cafe in Pella. She was a member of Trinity Reformed Chruch in Pella. She enjoyed sewing, and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is servived by her husband, Gerrit, of Oskaloosa; a daughter and son-in-law: Bonnie and don Vos of Oskaloosa; a daughter-in-law: Mary Jane Sneller of Tracy; eight grandchildren and spouses: Kathy and Jim Dickinson, Glenda and Kelly Carlson, dan and Missy Sneller, Andrew and Rosalie Tulp, Rachel Vos, Jason Vos, Michael and Leah Vos, and Joel and Missy Van Kooten; 12 great- grandchildren; and a brother, the Rev. Dr. Raymond Van Heukelom of Holland, Mich.

She was perceded in death by her parents; a son, Kenneth Wayne Sneller; a brother, the Rev. Norman Van Heukelom; a sister, Thressa Van Rees; a sister-in-law, Doretha Sneller; and five brother-in-laws: Jake Sneller, Rick Sneller, Hank Sneller, Henry Goodyk and Lloyd Van Rees.
