Funeral services for Minnie Hol, 97, of Pella, who died June 9 at Pella Hilltop North, were held June 13 at the Garden Chapel Funeral Home. The Rev. John Van Den Berg officiated, and Ilda Lou Van Zee was organist and Peter Meerwarth was soloist.

Casket bearers were Jacob Schuring, Bob Houser, Gerrit Roozeboom, Roy Van Dyke, Gilbert Roozeboom, and Gilbert Beekhuizen.

Interment was held at the Oakwood Cemetery in Pella.

Minnie Hol, the daughter of Jacob and Pady (Kelderman) Van Dyke was born April 14, 1906 in Oskaloosa.

On Feb. 14, 1929 Minnie was united in marriage with Arie Hol in Pella. To this union one son, Duane Lee, was born.

The family lived in Lansing, Ill.; Des Moines; and Pella where for the last five years Minnie resided at Hilltop North. Minnie worked as a laborer at the Pella Overall Factory for many years.

Minnie loved music and played the harmonica and piano. Minnie was a member of the Third Reformed Church in Pella.

Minnie is survived by her sister, Alice Schultz of Des Moines; a sister-in-law, Myrtle Van Dyke of Pella; and many nieces and nephews.

She is proceeded in death by her parents; her husband, Arie, and son, Duane.

Memorials can be made to the Hilltop Manor in Pella.

Arrangements were handled by Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Pella.
