Funeral services for Scott Alan Cogley, 41 of Pella were held Feburary 12 at the Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Pella, the Rev. John McNabb officiated. Music was provided by organist Ilda Lou Van Zee, and special music was "I Know Who Holds Tomorrow' and "Through It All."

Interment was at t'Lam Cemetery southwest of Pella. Casket bearers were Josiah Maki, Clint Duinink, Steven Cogley, David Cogley, John Cogley, Damian Cogley, and Roy Spangberg.

Scott Alan Cogley, the son of Larry and Shirley (Klyn) Cogley, was born October 10, 1961 in Pella, Iowa. He passed away unexpectedly at his home in Pella on Sunday, February 9, 2003 . Scott attended the Pella Community High School.

In 1981, Scott married Charlotte Bush.

Scott worked for CSC Communications and had also worked for Pella Corporation. He lived in Michigan before returning to Pella five years ago.

Scott is survived by his parents, Larry and Shirley Cogley of Pella; three daughters: Misty Cogley, April Cogley, and Amber Cogley all of Pella; a granddaughter, his grandmother, Ruby Klyn of Pella; two brothers and their wives: Steven and Connie Cogley and David and Sherry Cogley all of Pella; a sister, Terry Morales of San Antonio, Texas; six nephews, and two nieces:

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Harold Klyn and Dennis and Margaret Cogley.

Arrangements were handled by Garden Chapel Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
