Obituary - Services for Marjorie May Roush, 90, of Knoxville, who died June 9, 1985, at Knoxville Rest Home, were held June 12 at Williams Funeral Home.
Interment was in Dunreath Cemetery.
Elder Arthur Nichols officiated at the services. Music was provided by Dawn McKay, organist.
Pall Bearers were George, Steve, and Wayne Roush, Robert Brooks, Scott Siberski, and Leo Kingrey.
Mrs. Roush was born on February 12,, 1895 in Joplin, MO., the daughter of Yetske and Frank Roff. At the age of six months, she moved to Iowa.
On January 19, 1920, she married George William Roush (Bill).
She was preceded in death by her husband; one son at birth; four sisters, Anna Carlson, Lucy Fee, Hattie Fee, and Della Sharp; and two brothers, Charley and Wallace Roff.
She is survived by one daughter, Margie of Des Moines; five sons, Delmar of Columbia, Delbert of Knoxville, Marion of Melrose, Joe of Chariton, and Bill of Des Moines; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one brother, George of Knoxville, and one sister, Edna Wares, both of Knoxville.
