Private services for Margery Six, 84, of Harvey, who died on Friday, September 15, 2000, at Pella Regional Health Center, were held on Monday, September 18, with burial at Graceland Cemetery in Knoxville.

Margery was born on December 4, 1915 in Harvey to Earnest and Inez Brodess Larew. She graduated from Harvey High School in 1933.

Margery had lived in Harvey all her life. She married Edward Six on June 20, 1961 in Harvey. She retired in 1977 as a clerk with Maytag Corp. in Newton. She enjoyed crocheting, needlework and gardening.

Margery was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Maxine Bennett.

She is survived by her husband, Edward; a stepson, Darrell of Knoxville; two stepdaughters, Rhonda Ritt of St Paul, Minn. and Sheryl Dickey of Des Moines; and a sister, Alice Dunkin of Harvey.
