Funeral services for Nancy Elaine Sinnard, 49, of Independence, Mo., who died on Tuesday, September 12, 2000 at her home, will be held on Friday, September 15, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel in Independence, Mo.

Graveside services and burial will be held at the Graceland Cemetery in Knoxville on Saturday, September 16.

Nancy was born on October 8, 1950 in Oskaloosa, the daughter of Gene and Marilyn Sinnard. She was a 1973 graduate of Graceland College and was an art teacher for the Kansas City Public Schools for 27 years.

She was a member of the RLDS church.

Nancy was preceded in death by her brother, Randy.

She is survived by her parents, Gene and Marilyn Sinnard; a brother, Jeff, all of Knoxville; a sister, Phyllis Wilhelm of Independence, Mo.; six nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Action.

Arrangements were made by Speaks Suburban Chapel.
