Graveside services for Betty Glover Burns were held March 18 at Greenwood Cemetery, Marion County, Iowa.

Graveside services for Betty Glover Burns, 76, of Yucaipa, California, who died March 7, 2000 at Braswell's Hampton Manor In Yucaipa, California of cancer, were held March 18 at 10:30 a.m. at Greenwood Cemetery, Marion County, Iowa. Reverend Paul Mason officiated at the services.

Betty was born April 6, 1924 in Pleasantville, and moved to California in 1976. She was an active member of Yucaipa Christian Church since 1985 and was treasurer of the Koinonia Sunday School class.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Pearl Rouse and her father and stepmother Coy and Grace Glover.

She is survived by her son, Thomas of Yucaipa, three daughters, Mary Jane George and Lynn Richman, both of Yucaipa and Jackie Solomon of Cherry Valley, one brother Junior Coy Glover of Terrell, Texas, two sisters Barbara Marvelli, Tracy, Iowa and Bea Mick of Pella; nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren and two great- great grandchildren.
