Dora Rosa Mary Maddison, 82, of Knoxville passed away on Oct. 2, 2007, at the Knoxville Area Community Hospital.

Memorial services were held on Oct. 6 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Dora was born on Sept. 9, 1925, in Pershing to Pietro and Brunetta Fabbrini Travelli. She was raised in Pershing, graduating from Attica High School. After graduation Dora moved to Knoxville and worked for Continental Overall Factory.

Dora married Andrew Maddison on April 13, 1946, in Knoxville. From 1955 until her retirement in 2000 Dora worked as a clerk at the Davis Paint Store.

Dora enjoyed being outside and would walk daily. She also enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Dora was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Deno Travelli and her sister, Dena Cox.

Survivors include her husband, Andy, children, Steve Maddison of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., Andrea Parker of Knoxville, eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and her sister, Pat Erpito of Moore Park, Calif.

Memorials may be given to Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
