I, Walter Kester Clerk of the District Court in and for said County do hereby certify that the annexed instrument in writing purporting to be the last will and Testament of Sarah E. Chambers, deceased was presented and filed on this 16th day of September A. D. 1921, and the same is set for hearing and probate on the 17th day of October A. D. 1921, that being the one of the days of the next regular October Term A. D. 1921 of the District Court of the State of Iowa in and for Marion County.

Notice of the hearing of this matter is ordered given by publication for three consecutive weeks in the Knoxville Journal a newspaper of general circulation published and printed weekly in the City of Knoxville, Marion County, Iowa.
