Matter of Guardianship of Carroll Harris
Final Report.
Filed October 25th, 1921.Comes now John D. Harris, Guardian herein and shows to the court that this ward Carroll Harris, otherwise known as Carroll R. Harris, has attained his majority and this Guardian has paid over to the said Carroll Harriss, the sum of $459.17 being the funds received by this guardian in trust for said ward.
Hereto is attached the receipt of the said Carroll Harris for the said amount and this Guardian having made his final report and fully performed his duties asks that said Final Report be approved his bond exonerated and that he be discharged.

D. 1921, the same being one of the days of the regular October Tern of 1921 of the District court of Iowa, in and for Marion County this matter came on for hearing on the final report and petition for discharge of John D. Harris, Guardian of Carroll Harris, and the court after inspecting said report and after hearing the report of the Referee in Probate and being fully advised in the premises finds that due, legal and timely notice of the notice of the hearing of this matter has been given and that no objections have been filed to said report and that all costs and expenses have been paid, and that settlement has been made with the wards and that said report should be approved in each and every particular.
It is therefore Ordered. adjusted by the court that the final report of said Guardian be and the same is hereby fully approved and John D. Harris is discharged as such Guardian and the sureties on his bond are released and exonerated.
