Dick Volkers.

Subscribed in my presence by said Dick Volkers, and by him sworn to before me this 16th day of September A.D. 1921.

Now on this 16th day of September A. D. 1921, comes the said Dick Volkers, and files his bond as Administratior of the said decedent's estate as provided for in the order of his appointment, said bond is in the penal sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars and conditioned as provided by law and signed by himself as principal and signed by F. Goering and George Goering as sureties and the court being now fully advised in the premises finds that the said bond should be approved and it is hereby fully approved.

It is therefore hereby ordered by the court the the said Dick Volkers be and he is hereby duly appointed and commissioned and has qualified as the Administrator of the estate of Arie Volkers, with full power and authority to do and perform any and all acts and things required of him as such Administrator as provided by law and as the court may direct.

It is hereby further ordered by the court that the said Dick Volkers, give notice of his appointment as such Administrator by posting notices thereof in four public places in Marion County, Iowa, and that he file a proof of such Posting with the Clerk of this court.
