: PETITION AND BOND FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF AN ADMINISTRATOR.

: Filed September 16th, 1921.

To the District Court of said County: --

Your petitioner Dick Volkers, represents to this court that on or about the 11th day of September A. D. 1921 one Arie Volkers (the father of this petitioner) died intestate having at the time of his death personal property in this State of the value of Six Thousand Dollars, which may be lost or diminished in value if speedy care be not taken of the same. To the end therefore that said property may be collected and preserved for those who may have a legal interest therein your petitioner asks that Dick Volkers, (there being no other relative here except a feeble minded sister my mother Catherine Volkers who died June 12, 1912) may be apponted Administrator of said estate. That your petitioner is a son of said decedent.
