FAUQUIER – At his residence in this city, Friday, April 7, 1899, and one o’clock p.m., Geo. H. Fauquier, aged 77 years, 4 months, 11 days.
Deceased was a native of Miami county, Ohio. Came to Iowa in 1851, was a victim of appoplexy. A devoted wife, four sons and three daughters survive him. The funeral was from the home Sunday, April 9, 1899 at 2:30 p.m., and the remains were interred in Forest cemetery.
