OSKALOOSA WOMAN DEAD.

Mrs. Caroline McGlasson, Home Member, Dies on Furlough.

While on a furlough from the soldiers' home where she had been for eighteen years, Mrs. Caroline McGlasson, a former Oskaloosa woman, died at the home of her daughter, Miss Sarah McGlasson, 205 North Twelfth street, at 4 o'clook Wednesday, afternoon.. Mrs. McGlasson died of rheumatism with which she had suffered for twenty years.
Mrs. McGlasson was the widow of Myron M. McGlasson, who died at the home, Dec. 16, 1915. She was born March 24, 1845, near Oskaloosa and always lived there until she entered the home. She was married at Oskaloosa, Feb. 26, 1867. Three sons, James, city Joseph F., Sioux City, and Eugene, Davenport, In addition to the daughter, survive her.
The funeral will be held at the soldiers' home at 4 o'clock Saturday afternoon.
