Rilla Emenhizer is the Half Sister of Margaret Ellen Stout , Stephen . From the Zanesville , Ohio Signal Jan 5 1944 . Mrs Emenhizer Dies in Philo (ohio) Mrs Rilla Emenhizer 71 lifelong resident of Philo died this morning at her home ,. Death followed a stroke which she suffered Thursday. She was the daughter of Dr James and Jane Price Stout and a grandaughter of James Scarvell who aassisted in laying out Philo , then known as Taylorsville. She is survived by her Husband John A daughter Mrs Earl Dickson of Philo and a grandaughter Dickie lou. The body was removed to the Henderson funeral home in Duncan Falls where services will be heldat 10;30 O'clock Friday morning with Rev L H Mc Coy pastor of the Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Duncan Falls Cemetery Ristualistic services will be conducted at 10;30 by the Dan Brown Womens Relief Corps of which Mrs Emenhizer was a member. end of obit.
