Imes Tombstone

I've found a tombstone picture that was submitted for William Imes. The tombstone has the following information:
William Imes
b. Feb 14, 1819 - d. June 23, 1894

I am related to William's wife, Barbara Ellen Miller. She is also supposed to be buried at St. Charles Cemetery and I'm wondering since William's tombstone is 4-sided, does other names and dates appear on the stone on the other 3 sides and if Barbara's name and dates appear on it?
