James Sullivan Services Set

Services for James E. Sullivan, 56, of 517 Morton Ave., a Des Moines carpenter, will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Hamilton Funeral Home. Burial will be in the cemetery at Truro.

Mr. Sullivan, who was known by the nickname of Pete, was dead of a heart attack Monday on arrival at Broadlawns Polk County Hospital.

Born in Audrain County, Mo., he came here from Truro 19 years ago. He had been employed by Capp Homes and was a member of Local 106 of the carpenter’s union.

Surviving are his widow, Bernice; a son, James D. of Des Moines; two daughters, Mrs. Ann Harter of Des Moines and Mrs. Yvonne Dawson of Fort Huachuca, Ariz.; a brother, Harold C. of Mediapolis; a sister, Mrs. Velma Jones, and his father, Lewis M. Sullivan, both of Truro and six grandchildren.
