Pauline Schwanebeck of Winterset died Monday Sept. 22 at Madison County Memorial Hospital at the age of 66. She had lived in Winterset most of her life.
Born on July 26, 1914, in Aledo, Ill., she was the daughter of Grover and Dora (Molberg) Haines. She was united in marriage to A.L. Schwanebeck on April 19, 1948 in Winterset, and he is surviving.
A member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, she was a Sunday School teacher for many years and was employed at the Ben Franklin Store in Winterset for 34 years.
