Mother of Local Woman is Dead

Mrs. Ray Alley of Greenfield, mother of Mrs. Louise Marrs of Winterset, died at her home in Greenfield on Wednesday of last week.

Death was due to an injury received two years ago, when she fractured a vertebrae in a fall, partially severing the spinal cord. Since that time she had been confined to a wheel chair.

Funeral services were held at the Presbyterian church in Greenfield last Friday with burial in the Greenfield cemetery.
