Mrs. Robert Alexander Dies

Mrs. Robert Alexander, young Union township woman, died at her home, Tuesday, August 7, after and illness with which she was stricken last May. She was 21 years old.

The deceased was born Wilma Helen Estell, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Estell, near Pitzer, on August 19, 1912. Receiving her grade schooling in that neighborhood, she moved with her parents at the age of 15, to Union township. She attended the Winterset high school and graduated with the class of 1929. During her life in Jackson township, she had attended the church at Webster.

On February 17, 1933, she was united in marriage to Robert Alexander, in a ceremony at Omaha, Nebraska. A few days later they moved to their present home in Union township.

Mrs. Alexander is survived by her husband, her father and mother, four sisters, Mrs. Emory Klingaman and Mrs. Charles Herrbrock of Winterset, and Doris and Verna at home, and one brother Wayne, also at home.

Funeral rites were held at the First Methodist church in Winterset last Thursday, at 10:30 a.m. The Rev. L. H. Lanning was in charge assisted by the Rev. A. R. Weed, pastor of the West Star church. Burial was made in the Winterset Cemetery.
