Kathryn Marie (McVay) Craig, 44 of Casa Grande, Ariz. formerly of the Orient area, died Monday October 22, 1990 in Phoenix, Ariz.
She was born March 20, 1946 in Orient to Forest and Velma (Klos) McVay. She married Ed Craig on Sept. 23, 1964 in Union county.
Survivors include her husband, Ed Craig, two daughters, Laura (H-Rodney) Reeder and Sandra Craig, and five grandchildren, all of Casa Grande, Ariz.; her mother Velma McVay of Lenox; seven brothers, Duane (w-Sharon) McVay and Larry McVay of California, Calvin(w-Ethel) McVay of Lorimor, John (w-Caroline) McVay and Daniel McVay of Waterloo, Michael (w-Joan) McVay of Grimes; and Abraham (w-Barbara) McVay of Winterset; and three sisters, Helen (h-Kenneth) Finnegan of Phoenix, Ariz., and Judy (h-Von) Tull and Beth (h-Larry) Ripperger of Afton.
She was preceded in death by her father Forest McVay; a brother, Keith McVay; and a sister, Patricia.
Services were held Friday afternoon at the Coen-Beatty Funeral Home in Creston. The Rev. Richard Kaiser officiated the service and burial was in the Moon Cemetery at Macksburg.
