RUSSELL JORDAN DIES IN CALIFORNIA

2 October 1963Russell Jordan, a native of Madison county, died Sunday in Concord, California, following a heart attack. He was 46 years of age.
Mr. Jordan was born in Madison county, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Norris Jordan. He was formerly employed in the Mills Motor company body shop in Winterset.
Surviving are his wife; two step-sons; five sisters, Mrs. Lloyd Willcox and Mrs. Opal Locke of Winterset, Mrs. Everett Mobley of Lorimor, Mrs. Bill Black of Earlham and Mrs. Frank Ray of Minneapolis; and three brothers, Kenneth Jordan of Grand Junction, Colo., Leslie Jordan of San Diego, Calif., and Marvin Jordan of Alamo, Tex.
The body is being returned to Shenandoah, Iowa where funeral services and burial will be held this Friday at 2 p.m. at the Buntz and Fauzer Funeral Home.
