Alannah J. Maxwell, Winterset

Alannah Jade Maxwell, 5, of Winterset died June 18, 1998, at Mercy Hospital Medical Center in Des Moines of injuries sustained from a gunshot wound.

Funeral services were held Monday, June 22, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Winterset with the Rev. Bob Epperson officiating. Burial was at Peru Cemetery.

Alannah Jade Maxwell was born May 1, 1993, in Des Moines to Jeffrey John and Anjanette Virgene (Miner) Maxwell. She was a lifetime resident of Winterset.

She is survived by her mother of Winterset; grandparents Dennis and Sherry Miner and Lonnie and Beverly Maxwell, all of Winterset; and great-grandparents Elmer and Lettie Miller of Peru and Ethel Haines of Winterset.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.

Funeral arrangements were handled by Collins Funeral Home in Winterset.
