Lorene Ann Kirsch, St. Charles

Funeral services for Lorene Ann Kirsch, 48, were held Wed., Jan 30 at the Kale Funeral Home in Truro with the Rev. John Safford of Winterset officiating. She died January 27 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.

She was born November 5, 1942 in Ames to Lawrence and Blanche Lee Lande and attended Interstste 35 schools. She married John Wayne Kirsch at Osceola August 20, 1963. A lifelong resident of St. Charles, she was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her father in 1964.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Lola Waltz and husband, Coy, of Winterset and Terrie Kirsch of Des Moines; two sons, Bill Butcher and wife, Tracy, of Indianola and John Kirsch of St. Charles; her mother, Blanche Sydnes of Winterset and six grandchildren.

Burial was in Peru Cemetery.
