Death of Mrs. Ross Rogers

Mrs. Agnes Harp Rogers died on Sunday afternoon, Nov. 24th, at her home in Winterset, as the result of flu-pneumonia. Mrs. Rogers' death at the age of 23 years, recalls a sad coincidence in that she is the last of a trio of young mothers to die during the past four weeks, the three being especially intimate friends. Mrs. Rogers leaves three little girls, the eldest five years old.

She was a resident of Leon, Iowa, until her marriage to Mr. Rogers, who is with the city power plant. Mrs. Rogers was little known outside of her neighborhood and immediate friends, spending her life in her home, where her uncomplaining and equable disposition made those about her happy and contented. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon, conducted by Rev. E. L. Hosier.
