Bernice S. Sullivan, 90, of 2824 E. 16th St. died of a stroke Sunday at Iowa Lutheran Hospital. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Hamilton's Funeral Home. Burial will be at Hartman Cemetery in Truro.

Mrs. Sullivan was born in Clarke County and had lived in Truro before moving to Des Moines in 1942. She was a retired clerical worker with Look magazine.

Survivors include two daughters, Yvonne Dawson of Des Moines and Ann Beeler of New Virginia; a son, James of Santa Cruz, Calif.; a sister, Audrey May of Osceola; a brother, Myron Sinn of Sedalia, Mo.; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to First Church of the Open Bible or Luther Park Resident Association.
