Dorothy M. Camp, 106, of Indianola died of a heart ailment Tuesday at home. Services will be a 11 a.m. Friday at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola, with burial at Union Cemetery in Clarke County.
Mrs. Camp was born in Warren County and had lived in Madison County for many years before moving to Muscatine. She moved to Indianola in 1989. She was a farmer and former schoolteacher and a member of First United Methodist Church in Indianola.
She is survived by four sons, Marion of Olympia, Wash., Robert of St. Charles, Dan of Liberty Lake, Wash., and Glenn of Anticoh, Ill.; three daughters, Helen Armstrong, Evelyn Camp and Marilyn Jane Camp, all of Indianola; 16 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Warren County Health Services or Union Cemetery Association.
