Mildred N. Macumber, 93, of Indianola died of a heart ailment Friday at Indianola Good Samaritan Center. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Peterson Funeral Home in Indianola. Burial will be at Clarke Cemetery near Winterset.
Miss Macumber was born in Lorimor and had lived in Indianola since the early 1920's. She was a retired business secretary with C. H. Fisher Real Estate in Indianola. She was also a secretary with the Iowa Council of Christian Union and the National Headquarters of the Christian Union in Excelsior Springs, Mo. She was a member and elder of New Hope Christian Union Church and served on the board of Dial-a-Friend Inc.
A sister, Winifred Macumber of Indianola, survives.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
