Death of Mrs. Rebecca Pratt

Mrs. Rebecca Pratt, an old resident of Madison county, died in Bend, Oregon, Wednesday, February 13th. Mrs. Pratt had left Winterset last May for Oregon, and since that time she had been residing at the home of a step-daughter. Burial services were held there.

Mrs. Pratt had come to this county sixty years ago, her name being Rebecca Luckhart before her marriage. Her husband, George Pratt, died 21 years ago. Mrs. Pratt is survived by her daughter, Mrs. E. H. Paullin and a son, Will Pratt, both of whom live south of Winterset.
