August 10, 1994Bessie E. Reinert, 94, of Earlham died of a heart ailment Aug. 8, 1994 at her home. Services were today (Wednesday) at 10 a.m. at the Worthington United Methodist Church in rural Earlham with the Pastor Harold Koughn officiating. Burial was at the Winterset Cemetery.
She was born April 23, 1900 in Springview, Neb. to James Owen and Susannah (Wardle) Admire. She married George B. Reinert in Ainsworth, Neb. on Oct. 5, 1926 and had taught in local schools in Nebraska and Iowa. She had lived in the Madison County area 68 years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Worthington United Methodist Women. She was a member of the Earlham Garden Club.
She was preceded in death by her husband; one brother, four sister; and one grandson.
Surviving relatives include one son, James Reinert and wife Beverly of Earlham; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
