FRANK I. BEAMAN

Frank I. beaman, son of William E. and Sarah Ellen Beaman well known farmer of the Earlham community, was born in Harrison Township, Adair County on June 17th, 1897. And departed this life at the Lutheran hospital in Des Moines, Iowa, on January 18th, 1956, at the age of 58 years, seven months and one day.

On March 17th, 1942, he was united in marriage to Pearl H. Hutchinson of Jolly (Jolley), Iowa, at Grant City, Missouri. He leaves to mourn his passing his beloved wife, Pearl, one brother Oral of Earlham. four sisters; Mrs. Ellis Estell, Mrs. Percy Estell, Mrs. John Beedle all of Winterset, and Mrs. Cash Crawford of Dexter. Two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Alice Beaman of Stuart and Mrs. Ida Beaman of Dexter, a number of devoted nieces and nephews; besides other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Wombold
who died in 1917; two brothers, Elzie who passed on in 1952 and Harvey in 1955.

He joined the Webster Methodist church near his home, where he lived many years, caring for his parents. He was transferred by letter to the Earlham Presbyterian Church in 1942. He was a member of Madison Lodge A. F. and A. M. No. 568 and Eastern Star chapter 294.

FRANK J. BEAMAN OF EARLHAM DIES

Frank J. Beaman, well known farmer of the Earlham community, died at the Lutheran hospital in Des Moines last Wednesday, Jan. 18. He was 58 years of age.

Mr. Beaman was born June 17, 1897 in Harrison township of Adair county a son of William E. and Sarah E. Beaman. On March 17, 1942 he was married to Pearl H. Hutchison of Jolly, at Grant City, Mo.

Early in life he joined the Webster Methodist church transferring by letter in 1942 to the Earlham Presbyterian church. He was a member of the Masonic lodge and Eastern Star.

Surviving are his wife; a brother, Oral Beaman of Earlham; and four sisters, Mrs. Ellis Estell, Mrs. Percy Estell, Mrs. John Beedle, all of Winterset, and Mrs. Cash Crawford of Dexter.

Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the Presbyterian church in Earlham. Burial was in the Earlham cemetery.
