Louise Walker of West Des Moines died Thursday, May 10, at Des Moines General Hospital at the age of 67. Funeral services were held at McLaren's Resthaven Funeral Chapel in West Des Moines. Burial was at North McDonald Cemetery in Madison County.
Born Oct. 3, 1916, in Madison County, she was the daughter of Rufus H. and Mabel S. Smith Baker. She had lived in West Des Moines since 1939.
A homemaker, she was a member of the United Brethen Church in Madison County.
Survivors include one sister Eva Carter of Des Moines; and two brothers, Marcy Baker of Winterset and Dwight Baker of Des Moines.
She was preceded in death by her husband Sam in 1979, her parents, one sister and one brother.
