Essie E. Jorgensen, Winterset

Funeral Service for Essie E. Jorgensen, 90, Winterset, will be held Thurs., at 11 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Winterset. Essie Jorgensen died Monday July 22, 1991, at Mercy Hospital Medical Center in Des Moines.

Essie Ellen Harrison was born April 9, 1901 to John G. and Nelda Coomans Harrison. A lifetime resident of Madison County, she was married to Frank Jorgensen in Macksburg, Iowa. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Winterset.

Essie Ellen Jorgensen was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, a sister and a grandchild She is survived by one son, Keith Jorgensen, of Earlham; two daughters, Wilma Toulson of Wilmington, Delaware and Betty White of Des Moines; two brothers, Rex Harrison of St. Louis, Mo. and Clair Harrison of Winterset; three sisters, Bernice Williams of Creston, Dorothy Klingaman, Redfield, and Ethel Gosse of Waterloo. She also is survived by ten grandchildren and several great-grand-children.

Visitation at Collins Funeral Home, Winterset, will be today (Wed.) from noon to 9 p.m. Burial will be at the Winterset Cemetery.
