W. W. Schulz Dies At 86

W. W. Schulz of Sidney, Nebraska died March 6 at the hospital in that city, at age 85. Mr. Schulz retired in 1976, after serving 37 years as Sheriff of Cheyenne County, Nebr.

Born on July 25, 1894, in Adair Co., he was the son of Otto A. and Christina Luers Schulz. On Feb. 16, 1916 he was married to Laura Lowe, at Macksburg. He is survived by one son, Gerald of Cheyenne, Wyoming, two daughters, Wilma Levy of Dunedin, Florida, and Ada Ammerman of Sidney, Nebr., also eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Lucile Stacz, 2 sisters, Mrs. Walker Huffman and Mrs. Ernest Martin; 3 brothers, Ernest Schulz, Frank Schulz and Ray Schulz all of Madison County.

Mr. and Mrs. Rex Schulz, Mrs. Mayme Wolfe and Mrs. Ray Schulz attended funeral services on March 10 at Sidney and returned home the next day.
