N. W. OGLESBEE JR. DIED LAST FRIDAY
Well-Known Young Farmer Succumbs at Age of 33 Years

Noah W. Oglesbee, Jr., a well known young farmer of near Winterset, died last Friday at the age of 33 years. He had been in failing health for sometime.

Mr. Oglesbee was the son of Warner and Rosella Oglesbee, and was born March 14, 1910. He was married to Hazel Husted on Dec. 24, 1935. They were the parents of four children; Nola Marie, Evelyn Rosella, Donnie Paul and Lois Pauline.

He had spent almost his entire life in Madison County. He grew to manhood in the Elm Grove neighborhood, and had been farming recently northwest of Winterset.

He is survived by his wife; the four children; his father; three brothers; Harry Oglesbee of Peru. Everett Oglesbee of Los Angeles, and Harley Oglesbee of Des Moines; and three sisters, Mrs. Lee Evans of Van Meter, Mrs. Forest Faust of St. Charles, and Mrs. Ed King of Webster City.

Funeral services were held here Sunday in charge of the Rev. W. A. Samp, pastor of the Winterset Methodist Church, and burial was made in the King Cemetery near Peru.
