Grace Osborn, 76 of Winterset died Thursday at Bethesda Care Center of complications of diabetes. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Collins Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Peru Cemetery.

Mrs. Osborn was born in Dallas County and lived in Madison County most of her life. She was a retired cook.

Surviving are two sons, Walter of Davenport and Dennis of Beaumont, Texas; four daughters Margaret Bittenger of Rockville, Md, Dorothy Beebe of Dallas Center and Darlene Eckstein and Diane Kerr, both of Winterset; a brother, William Morse of Winterset; three sisters, Muriel Lathrum of St Charles and Ella Osborn and Maxine Jensen both of Winterset; 17 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American diabetes Association.
